A Practice of Conduit Law
About Property Damage King
Property Damage King is the auto property-damage practice of Conduit Law. We help drivers fight back when an insurer lowballs a diminished-value or total-loss claim — with documented valuations and a law firm behind every case.
Why Property Damage King exists
After a crash that isn’t your fault, the at-fault driver’s insurer owes you more than a quick repair. Your vehicle loses resale value the moment an accident lands on its history, and a total-loss payout is only as good as the number the adjuster plugs in. Insurers know most drivers won’t push back — so the first offer is almost always low.
Property Damage King is a practice of Conduit Law, the Denver firm founded in 2022 by attorney Elliot Singer. We built a brand focused on a problem the big injury firms ignore: the property-damage side of an auto claim — diminished value, actual cash value disputes, total-loss appraisals, repair disputes, and loss-of-use. We pair real-time vehicle valuations with the leverage of a law firm so drivers recover what their vehicle is actually worth.
Our claim review is free, and you don’t pay unless we recover money for you.
